Influence by Robert Cialdini

First came across this recommendation from Naval. Must read for anyone looking to better understand human interaction and what drives how we interact with each other/social norms at large.

You don't read something that changes the way you view the world that often.

Influence, by @RobertCialdini, did just that though.

Highlights these 6 simple laws that rule much of human interaction:

  1. Reciprocation

  2. Commitment

  3. Social Proof

  4. Liking

  5. Authority

  6. Scarcity
